Dan Baker has joined Right Now Fitness!  Dan will continue to help his current client base as well as many new ones.  Dan has a passion about nutrition and has spent a great deal of time and effort expanding his knowledge.

Dan works with people of all ages working to lose weight, tone up and/or gain strength and mobility.  Dan’s holistic approach to wellness sets gives him and you, a unique and comprehensive approach to wellness.  Dan succeeded in losing 150 pounds, a decade ago so he understands the struggle faced by many.

Cathy will be joining us at Right Now Fitness right out of the gate!  She will be here to welcome her old clients as well as new ones. Cathy brings along a great deal of knowledge and a desire to share it with others to make their lives better.

Fitness provides us with the ability to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle. As a passionate Certified Personal Trainer, my role is to motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience. I love to see my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals, through a tailored approach of regular fitness activities and guided fitness programs. Let’s make fitness fun!!
